Technology platform: the Platform is developed and hosted using the Stadlio technology infrastructure, which acts as a technology provider.
The Operator may reorganise the business structure or transfer the operation of the Platform to another company or legal entity in accordance with Section 21 of these Terms.
CrazyBKK.com is an information, discovery, and digital intermediary platform focused primarily on Bangkok and Thailand. The Platform may offer:
travel guides, editorial content, and information about places, events, transport, weather, activities, and local life;
listings and descriptions of restaurants, businesses, attractions, activities, accommodation, and local services;

the ability for registered Users to publish reviews and other permitted content;
paid services and subscriptions for Merchants.
CrazyBKK is not a tour operator, travel agency, seller of travel packages, accommodation provider, restaurant operator, or organiser of the third-party services displayed on the Platform, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Operator does not enter into contracts for third-party travel, accommodation, restaurant, transport, entertainment, or activity services merely because those services are displayed, described, or linked on the Platform.
Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the Platform.
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time for legal, operational, technical, security, or commercial reasons.
Material changes may be communicated:
by publishing a notice on the Platform;
to registered Users and Merchants, where appropriate, by email to the address provided during registration;
with reasonable prior notice where required by applicable law. For Merchants covered by applicable platform-to-business rules, the notice period required by such rules will apply.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different method of obtaining consent.
If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the Platform and, where applicable, terminate your subscription in accordance with the relevant terms and applicable law.
Certain Platform features, including publishing reviews, saving favourites, managing business listings, or subscribing as a Merchant, may require the creation of an account.
The User agrees to:
provide truthful, current, and complete information;
keep login credentials secure and confidential;
not transfer or sell the account to third parties;
promptly notify us of any unauthorised use or suspected security breach.
Access to account-based features is generally intended for persons aged 16 or older. Merchants must be legitimate businesses or professionals authorised to carry out their relevant commercial activities.
You may delete your account at any time through the available account settings or by contacting admin@stadlio.com, subject to any legal or legitimate data retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
CrazyBKK acts primarily as a digital information, discovery, and intermediary platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
the Operator is not a party to contracts entered into between Users and third-party providers, including Viator, Merchants, restaurants, accommodation providers, activity providers, or other local businesses;
the Operator does not directly provide the third-party travel, restaurant, accommodation, transport, entertainment, or other services displayed on the Platform;
the Operator does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, compliance, availability, pricing, or performance of Third-Party Services;
disputes relating to the actual performance of a Third-Party Service must normally be handled directly with the relevant service provider.
Where reasonably possible, the Operator may provide assistance in directing Users to the relevant provider, but is not required to resolve disputes arising from a contract to which the Operator is not a party.
Experiences, tours, and activities displayed on the Platform may be provided through Viator, a brand associated with TripAdvisor, or other third-party providers. The Platform may provide informational content and affiliate booking links that redirect Users to third-party websites or booking infrastructure.
AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE:
The Operator may receive an affiliate commission when a User completes an eligible booking through certain links displayed on the Platform. The use of affiliate links does not normally increase the price paid by the User for the relevant third-party service.
When a User completes a booking through a Viator or other third-party link:
the relevant contract is entered into directly between the User and the applicable third-party provider;
the terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and privacy policies of that provider apply;
payment is handled by the relevant third-party provider unless expressly stated otherwise;
cancellations, refunds, changes, and complaints relating to the booked service must normally be addressed directly to that provider;
the Operator is not responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for the performance, quality, safety, or cancellation of third-party services.
The Platform may provide features allowing Users to submit booking requests, contact requests, or enquiries to restaurants and other local businesses.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
the Operator does not collect payments relating to restaurant or local service bookings made through a request or contact feature;
a booking request is transmitted to the relevant Merchant, which may accept or reject it according to its own availability and conditions;
any contract for restaurant, entertainment, accommodation, or other local services is entered into directly between the User and the relevant Merchant;
cancellation policies, no-show fees, deposits, prices, and other commercial conditions are established by the relevant Merchant.
The Operator may introduce additional payment, deposit, prepaid, or transactional features in the future. Where such features materially affect Users or Merchants, these Terms and any applicable payment conditions may be updated accordingly.
Registered Users may be allowed to publish reviews, comments, ratings, or other content relating to Merchants, experiences, places, or other eligible subjects on the Platform. Registration may require a verified email address.
Reviews published on the Platform may not be verified. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific review or feature, the Operator does not verify that the author of a review has actually purchased, booked, visited, or used the product or service being reviewed.
The Operator may, but is not obliged to, moderate, edit, remove, or refuse to publish content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
A User who publishes a review or other content:
represents that the content is truthful and, where presented as a personal review, reflects their genuine opinion or experience;
remains personally responsible for the statements and material published;
must not publish false, deceptive, paid, manipulated, discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful reviews or content;
grants the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, display, adapt where technically necessary, and publish such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.
The Operator may remove or restrict reviews and other content that are, including but not limited to, clearly false, offensive, defamatory, unlawful, spam, advertising in nature, irrelevant, misleading, or infringing on third-party rights.
The procedure for reporting potentially illegal content is described in Section 11.
You agree not to:
use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
publish defamatory, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful content;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties;
upload malware, viruses, malicious code, or attempt to compromise the security of the Platform;
perform unauthorised automated scraping or circumvent technical restrictions or access controls;
create false or misleading accounts or impersonate another person or entity;
send spam, unsolicited commercial communications, phishing attempts, or similar abusive communications;
collect personal data relating to other Users without a lawful basis or required consent;
use the Platform in a manner that materially interferes with its operation or the use of the Platform by others.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of the relevant account and, where appropriate, reporting to competent authorities.
Any person may report content believed to be illegal or in violation of applicable law or these Terms, including potentially defamatory content, copyright infringement, scams, discriminatory content, or other unlawful material.
How to report content:
send an email to admin@stadlio.com with the subject line "Illegal Content Report";
include the URL or sufficient information to identify the content;
describe why you believe the content is illegal or unlawful;
where possible, provide the relevant legal or factual basis for the report and your contact details.
The Operator will review sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated reports within a reasonable timeframe and may take appropriate action, subject to applicable law.
Manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or abusive reports may be rejected or handled in accordance with applicable law.
All original content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, source code, layouts, and editorial material created by or for the Operator, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belongs to the Operator or the respective rights holders.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from protected Platform content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law or through normal personal use of the Platform.
The name and brand CrazyBKK, together with third-party brands, trademarks, and logos appearing on the Platform, belong to their respective owners. References to third-party brands may be used for identification, description, or other legitimate purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and without affecting rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, the Operator shall not be liable for:
the quality, safety, legality, availability, accuracy, timeliness, or compliance of services provided by Merchants or other third parties;
the accuracy of information, prices, opening hours, menus, photographs, descriptions, or other material supplied by Merchants or third parties;
reviews or other content independently published by Users;
losses arising from the use of Third-Party Services, including services booked through affiliate links;
interruptions, technical failures, loss of data, or temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, force majeure, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or purely economic losses, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights.
For Merchants, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability arising from or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by the Merchant to the Operator for the relevant subscription services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases where liability cannot legally be limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the User agrees to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from claims, losses, damages, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
the User's violation of these Terms or applicable law;
content published or submitted by the User;
the User's infringement of third-party rights.
Where the User is a Consumer, this provision applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection law.
This section applies exclusively to Merchants and supplements the other provisions of these Terms.
A Merchant subscription may provide access to one or more of the following features, depending on the selected plan:
a public business listing with descriptions, photographs, contact details, opening hours, menus, price information, or other business information;
the ability to receive contact or booking requests from Users;
access to management tools, including a Merchant dashboard;
inclusion in search results, relevant categories, maps, or editorial content;
other features described in the applicable subscription plan.
The available plans, features, limits, prices, and conditions displayed at the time of subscription form part of the applicable agreement between the Merchant and the Operator.
The subscription duration, billing period, and any renewal conditions are those displayed or agreed at the time of subscription.
Where automatic renewal applies, the Merchant may cancel renewal before the applicable renewal date in accordance with the cancellation procedure communicated during subscription or in the account settings.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the relevant plan, fees already paid for an active subscription period are non-refundable.
The Operator may modify subscription prices or conditions by providing the notice required by applicable law and the applicable subscription terms. Where required, the Merchant may terminate the agreement before the changes take effect.
The Merchant represents and warrants that it:
is a legitimate business or professional and holds all licences, registrations, permits, and authorisations required for its activities;
provides accurate, current, complete, and non-misleading information about its products and services;
owns or has the necessary rights and licences for all content uploaded to the Platform;
complies with applicable consumer protection, tax, advertising, privacy, health and safety, licensing, and other relevant laws;
handles User requests professionally and in accordance with its own published or communicated commercial conditions;
does not solicit, purchase, manipulate, or exchange false or misleading reviews.
The order in which Merchants may appear in search results, categories, maps, or editorial pages may be determined by a combination of relevant factors, including:
relevance to the User's search, category, or location;
completeness and quality of the Merchant profile;
availability and freshness of relevant information;
User ratings or reviews, where applicable;
the features associated with the Merchant's selected subscription plan;
sponsored or promoted placement, where available.
Where a placement is sponsored or otherwise promoted in exchange for consideration, the Operator may identify it as such where required by applicable law.
The Operator may restrict, suspend, or terminate a Merchant account where reasonably necessary, including in the event of:
a material breach of these Terms;
unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity;
serious risks to Users or third parties;
failure to provide accurate business information;
infringement of third-party rights;
failure to pay amounts due under an applicable paid subscription.
Where applicable platform-to-business legislation requires specific notice, reasons, complaint procedures, or minimum notice periods, the Operator will comply with those requirements.
Invoices, receipts, billing documents, and payment schedules will be handled according to the selected plan and applicable law.
The Merchant is responsible for the accuracy of the business, tax, and billing information it provides.
Prices are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
In the event of non-payment, the Operator may restrict or suspend paid services after any notice required by applicable law or the relevant payment terms.
The Operator may suspend or terminate a User account where reasonably necessary, including in the event of:
a violation of these Terms;
fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity;
infringement of third-party rights;
prolonged inactivity, where account deletion is appropriate and permitted by applicable law;
a request or legal requirement from a competent authority;
for Merchants, failure to pay applicable fees.
Any additional rights or procedures applicable to Merchants are governed by Section 15 and applicable law.
A Consumer User may request a review of a suspension or termination decision by contacting admin@stadlio.com.
The Operator shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, failures of third-party infrastructure providers, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply based on the Consumer User's habitual residence or other mandatory applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws grant the Consumer User the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of habitual residence or provide other mandatory jurisdiction rules, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes with Merchants or other business Users shall be subject to the competent courts at the Operator's place of residence or registered business location in Switzerland, unless another mandatory jurisdiction applies.
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact the Operator at admin@stadlio.com and provide sufficient information about the issue.
The Operator will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to substantiated complaints within a reasonable period.
Where applicable law provides access to consumer alternative dispute resolution, online dispute resolution, mediation, or other statutory dispute-resolution mechanisms, nothing in these Terms limits the User's ability to use those mechanisms.
For disputes involving Merchants, the parties may attempt to resolve the matter amicably or through mediation where appropriate and available.
Access to the free content and features of the Platform does not normally create a paid consumer contract and therefore does not itself give rise to a statutory withdrawal right.
If a Consumer User enters into a paid contract directly with the Operator, any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation applicable to that contract will be governed by the mandatory law applicable to that Consumer User and by the specific terms presented at the time of purchase.
This section does not apply to Third-Party Services purchased directly from Merchants, Viator, or other external providers. Those transactions are governed by the relevant third party's terms and applicable law.
The Operator may transfer these Terms and related contractual relationships to another company or legal entity as part of a business reorganisation, transfer of the Platform, merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law and any required prior notice.
Where such a transfer materially affects the User's rights or requires consent under applicable law, the relevant notice or consent procedure will be followed.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The failure of the Operator to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and any applicable Merchant subscription or payment terms, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of the Platform.
The official language of these Terms is English. Any translation into another language is provided for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
