Morning yoga in the park is an energizing experience to start your day in Bangkok. Lumphini park is fantastic, with its lakes, plants and animals (you will see big monitor lizards, birds, squirrels, turtles and more). Our yoga classes can be tailored for people with any experience in the practice. Beginners are welcome!

Meeting point
Go to "Si Lom" MRT station : Exit 1. From there, walk toward Gate 4 of Lumphini Park (behind 'King Rama VI Monument'). When you get into Gate 4, you will see a little shop. That place is our meeting point.
