Participants prepare four classic Thai dishes from scratch, including curries, salads, stir-fries, and desserts. Guided by experienced chefs of culinary expertise, each participant works on their own cooking station equipped with quality tools and clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Meeting point

Please travel to the meeting point independently via BTS Phrom Phong Exit 4, then take a motorbike taxi to Soi Aue Amorn Suk. Arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals may miss the market visit and should meet directly at the school.
